Bowl Season Blues

Can anyone possibly like this song?

ESPN continues to find ways to make itself worse. This campaign is hands down the most overplayed, worst campaign since ABC's NBA Playoffs use of Let's Get it Started...

I didn't think anything could make me want to quit watching bowl season...not even five missed bets in a row. Now this song, followed by the miserable slate of games on January 1. Somehow the greatest sports day of the year is now completely ruined...Exhibit A is this year's 1/1 schedule:

10am--Northwestern vs. Auburn (meaningless)
Noon--Penn St. vs. LSU (meaningless)
Noon--Florida St. vs. West Virginia (Bowden's last game, no relevance otherwise)
3:30pm--Ohio St. vs. Oregon (intriguing matchup, but no impact on national title)
7:30pm--Florida vs. Cincinnati (Top 5 teams, but outside of coach drama, no NC implications)

Five games. Four Top 10 teams. Nothing that impacts the national title scenario. We get to wait a week for that overhyped disaster. Sweet.
