Let's twist away from sports here for a second, as nothing good is happening to any PYB's teams at the moment....Starting a thread of most overrated or underrated songs or bands.....We begin with most overrated bands that people cream over that are no good, and please don't cry since surely most of you like one if not all of these farces...it is just one blog's opinion....
1. Red Hot Chili Peppers--Have been terrible since "Fight Like a Brave"
2. Dave Matthews Band--The default choice for those who know nothing about music to say they've been to a concert and know great talent when they see it. Mostly those who've never seen an acoustic guitar before. No offense, Juice. "Eat too much, drink too much!" Terrible....gets no play in this ride!
3. Foo Fighters--He is so talented! He is lead singer and was Nirvana's drummer. Go away.
4. Incubus--Pure Drivel
5. U2--Should have stopped after the Joshua Tree, but keeps filling stadium shows (enough said) with Zooropa, Lemon, et al.
Love it. Nailed it on Chili Peppers and Foo Fighters! Ballsy call on U2, but I agree. They should have stopped after "Sunday, Bloody Sunday".
